Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward finally made contact after weekend and we had held up our end for 2 days, our phone was acting up and did not know customer did not have a comp. at there house only at work, we are agreeing to cancel this so customer can get there item through another carrier.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After setting up a booking and being told that I would pay upon delivery, they are now asking for an instant transfer of funds. First, they asked for $80 then the next day they asked for $150 because they were running out of money and gas and their truck had broken down. Now today they are asking for $125 instant transfer. They said they could not reach me on my cell over the weekend but I gave them the right number and my phone is working just fine. I tried calling them on their cell and they d
