nice gut to work with he came out when we needed him to to unload the boat it was along trip but he made it plesant when we got their.i would hall for him any time.

This is the second time I have used YRC, and it will be the last. They actually lost my shipment for about a month. Communication with YRC was very poor. It was evident they didn't really care that they lost my shipment.

The transportation went ok. YRC tried to add a lot of fees to the shipment end it was over. In the end, I did not have to pay the extra fees, but I had to fight them a long time before they gave in.

No problems with the transport. My only suggestion is improved communication from shipper. After booking was complete and tentative times/dates set, I heard nothing from the shipper except 1) item has been picked up, and 2) item has been delivered. I was first told item would be transported Saturday, but that changed to Sunday. I waited around all day Sunday for contact from the shipper, but never heard anything. I finally heard something at about 6pm, and item was delieverd at 7:30pm.
