The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it They have Illogical "Hours of availability"; which I still laid over a night after another shipment delivery in the area; Only for them to then inform me that The day before pickup deadline, Noone is available at all that day. Highly unprofessional and entitled.

Totally unprofessional. They demanded payment FROM OUR CUSTOMER! before they would make the delivery. Our terms and conditions specifically say: "For immediate payment upon delivery, we will need you to have our customer call us during the delivery to confirm satisfactory delivery. Otherwise, payment will be released once we confirm delivery with our customer. No payments will be released until the delivery is 100% completed. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms."

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services It was clear that the listing included a glass tabletop. They picked the item up and 5 minutes later called to say that they would not be responsible if the glass broke during transport. We had them bring it back immediately and never want to use these shippers again. I have already relisted it.
