A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer arranged for pick up to take place between 3pm to 5pm. when it was getting close to 5pm, we called if the lady at the pick up address was ready for the pick up but she said, she wants to pick up children from school and that pick up should be delayed for another 1 hour more. We called around 6pm to request if she was back from where she went and she said yes. At this point we were just 30 minite away from her and she responded that it was too late and she need to care for children
