This guy is amazing, you can see his military professionalism the whole time dealing with them. He called or text several times a day, and was on time. Very nice guy and pleasure to deal with.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper accepted the bid and less than 24 later informed me that they were 1000 miles away and could not pick them up. Not only costing me other opportunities to ship, but losing part of my shipping money also

This is not true, and per Uship we don't get paid until delivery. We have not charged this lady anything and canceled shortly after her accepting the bid so she can re-list. We sent an email trying to make this shipment work and never heard back. We had no addresses. I have spoke with her husband and explained the situation after the cancellation. I apologized for any inconvenience and offered to help in anyway I could. I advised the husband to contact Uship for the refund.
