A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We’ve approved cancellation. However, we were unable to make the appointment due to unforeseen events of the day. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly (our trailer door was broken by a loader), just before! We called to try to make other arrangements for pick up and was going to try to stay over three days to pick up Monday. Also, offered to reimburse you for the acquired fees and to reschedule for another day.
