I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was not comfortable with moving the shipment safely with out damaging it. So I called and spoke with the shipper and notify him of my concerns. If that had not been an issue the shipment would have been completed with no issue.

Joe was accomodative in getting the organ. He hired some helping hands from a local moving company to assist getting the organ up the 7 steps at the pick up location. This was extra money, but no problem as it allowed the organ to be picked up. He was great at following through and delivering and setting up the organ at drop off location.
