I could not have asked for better communication and service from John! He was ready and willing to pick the car up almost immediately after my accepting his offer but unfortunately, the fellow shipping the car was not. John was patient and understanding and he made it happen as soon as the car was made available. John even called me once because he got a feeling that something may not have been "right" and he wanted to make sure that I was not getting scammed. That is customer service!

Vince and Jennifer were great to work with. High level of communication and very timely on the delivery of my motorcycle. I would use them again and would highly recommend them based on my experience.

What a pleasure it was to do business with Shawn. He picked the car up on Wednesday and was waiting at my door Thursday morning. Talking with this guy you immediately know that he cares about the stuff he transports and the people he transports it for. While I believe Frank did a nice job as the broker for this move, the trucker that ended up moving the car was not a good person. His tractor sprayed diesel or oil all over my car and he dropped something on the top that dented it and when I confronted him, he refused to make it right. Filed a claim against his insurance but found he had a $1k deductible so his insurance company told him to pay me and he said I would have to take him to court. All this after he admitted to doing the damage. Response from FastShantee: We never argue with the customers but the facts need to be clear: The item that was dropped came from the vehicle and it damaged the carriers hydraulic hose. The driver did not notice the damage hose till miles down the road. The customer asked to fill the vehicle full of parts so we had him fill a disclaimer that we would not be responsible for those items during transport.

Very good communication and the delivery actually took place quicker than anticipated. Car was picked up in southern CA on Tuesday and I took delivery early Saturday morning. I could have even gotten it late Friday but chose to wait until the morning. Driver was polite and courteous.

Being fairly new to uship I was a little unsure of the process but this could not have gone any smoother. The dispatcher was great and the driver did exactly what he said he would do.
