Un conflicto de horario surgió que no puede ser resuelto Service provider unable to guarantee collection in business hours as such need to use a courier who can accommodate the allotted collection times. Have spoken to service provider both of us are happy to cancel as I cannot wait ten further days for collection.

The shipper failed to mention when booking us that her seller would be on hoilday during the period of time we were due to collect her item from him. When we spoke with him He offered to leave item at his workplace. Home hours and not his office hours (which were considerable shorter) had been built in to the timescale for the job to be completed within 7 days when quoted. Would have been happy to collect the following week but shipper wanted it before then..
