I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I MISTOOK THE TYPE OF PIANO IT WAS, I THOUGHT IT WAS A UPRIGHT OR CONSOLE PIANO--IT WAS A BABY GRAND AND I WENT ON THE JOB AND DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO SHIP THE PIANO WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE SO I FELT BETTER TO CANCEL TO ALLOW ANOTHER SHIPPER TO ACCOMODATE THE MOVE

THE PIANO WAS A GRAND, I THOUGHT IT WAS A CONSOLE, SO I HAD NO PROPER EQUIPMENT SO I REFUSE THE JOB--THIS WAS A POOR MIS COMMUNICATION ERROR, I HAD OFFERED TO GET THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT WITHIN DUE TIME ABOUT 10-14 DAYS, THE CUSTOMER REFUSED SO WE CANCELLED
