Rob and Marie are our newest best friends. He handled my anxious father with kid gloves, picked up our bike and delivered it in record time. He kept in contact with us throughout the route, letting us know his ETA at both ends. The bike was perfect on arrival, I can't say enough good things about this couple. Not only would I highly recommend them, but have found new interesting, friendly, people. Larger companies could learn alot about customer service from this couple
