The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Oh... I was waiting from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (time frame), nobody showed up, called them at 3.44 p.m. and was told to wait till 5. When I called at 5.40 p.m. I was unformed that pick up was rescheduled. (Without any given notice??) I chose this company thinking I could rely on them. That was Friday. What should be next? 4-5 days more? Unacceptable. (2nd person I talked was nice, 3rd one, of course, tried to tell me that driver called me - no missed calls, no voice mails, no emails).
