Rachel Carpenter hired one of my drivers to deliver a dog. When the driver tried to deliver it, the receiver refused shipment! She had given the receiver a check on a nonexistant account for $250 when she bought the dog. She agreed to mail my driver a check the day the dog was picked up. That was more than a month ago. She has yet to pay my driver and will not return my calls.
