After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The dispatcher was absolutely rude, didn't pick up my shipment and had no legit reason on to why they didn't pick it up besides "the weather is bad".... didn't know 50 degrees and sunny is considered bad weather. who woulda thought?!?! Buyer beware!
