Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Unfortunately I have been let down by this courier (bestlake balls). I want to cancel all 5 bookings with them and get a refund please. It transpired that ‘Amanda’ who booked it is an agent for DPD. Following many phone calls and two journeys to DPD local depot the items I wanted delivering which were clearly described are goods they do not transport! I am very disappointed with the amount of hassle this courier has caused me and would like the opportunity to warn others on the uship website. Al
