I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Der Kunde ist nicht erreichbar sein Partner hat mich am Tag der Abholung informiert und gesagt das die Vitrine schon abgeholt wurde aber nicht von mir. War schon an der Landestelle. Der Kunde sollte den Auftrag trotzdem an mich bezahlt werden da mir Kosten entstanden sind !!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hello. cancel your delivery. We were there were not enough people no available for loading as the we two 250kg-inch panel but two people can not be unloaded they could not call for help. the customer said six people moved, I do not understand that thought,two people takes it out. We were there at the appointed time. Kind regards

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Der Spediteur ist nicht erreichbar. Ich habe mehrfach versucht den Spediteur telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Bisher ohne Erfolg! Auch auf meine Emails habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Der Auftrag wurde bereits vor 10 Tagen gebucht. Ich habe mittlerweile einen anderen Spediteur beauftragen müssen. Bitte den Auftrag stornieren!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Habe mich bereits telefonisch gemeldet, der Spediteur hat die Ladung nicht Termingemäß geladen. Er hat mich nicht kontaktiert und bis heute ist der auftrag nicht ausgeführt! Ich will mein Geld zurück. MFG
