The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He kept not telling me when he was going to pick up my item. This made planning difficult. Down to the day before the last day that it was supposed to get picked up he told me he still did not know when he could take care of this shipment. I told him he needed to cancel this shipment then. Even if some unforeseen circumstances happened he still could have communicated better.
