The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I wanted to have pampered pets ship my dog and we had both agreed that he would get picked up on Monday the 16th. They even raised their asking price by 300 dollars more than original quote and guaranteed pickup on monday. I was willing to go with the higher quote because I was on a tight deadline for my dog to get shipped, but today they said that they wouldn't get to pickup my dog until tuesday. I would just like to cancel and find a more trustworthy company to work with. Thank you
