After having bad experience with first attempt. It was a Pleasure working with Robert and Amanda. They were both very friendly, Nice, and Professional. They kept me informed every step of the way, sent pictures of the loaded bookcase to make sure it met my approval and to ease my fears and delivered it on time just as they said they would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and was thankful they were not like the first people i had to deal with. I hope to use them again in the future. THANK YOU Robert & Am

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Customer no longer needs item shipped, I tried working with him but he has done nothing but argue and get hostile so I do not feel comfortable working with this shipper.

I was never Angry or Hostile. I mistakenly chose a 3 1/2 star shipping company and soon realized why the number was so low . They were to pick up bookcase at 2:00 and it would be delivered by 4:00. At 4:00 i called them and was told they could not deliver that day but in a few day they had a truck of lumber passing thur that they would load my bookcase on This did not sound good to me so I canceled. They kept asking me to say I just did not want the shipment, But I did, Just not them. DONT USE
