I needed to transport a puppy from South Carolina to New England. This shipper proved to be the very best option. Other shippers crated multiple animals in a van or trailer. Paul and Kim literally took hands-on care of the puppy throughout the trip. You could see the pup was attached to them, and that they are pet people. I received all the updates along the way. I felt I was extremely lucky to have this option. Excellent.
