I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Driver was supposed to show up today at site as agreed and communicated, I flew from ft Lauderdale Florida to Hartford airport at 5 am this morning to be on time and meet them to drive 2 pieces of the equipment for a reduced rate until we figured out how to move a piece of equipment they accepted but later rejected.
We had accurate description along with multiple pictures and dimensions.
They failed to show up The truck and skid steer were ready to ship with
Lisc plate and registration.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Kevin was red flagged his cdl license was not good outside the state of Pennsylvania and was not allowed to continue driving so I had to pay $1000.00 to get the truck and trailer back from the location he was red flagged and terminated by the DOT.

Was late a day said he had bad belts in his tire ...must not carry a spare + communication was very poor. May use again if more professional and 20 calls were cut down to just a couple.

The truck was supposed to come by truck and was surprised to see it being driven especially with no insurance or a plate.
The truck was picked up and delivered the same day so THE RISK WAS GREAT BUT NOTHING BAD HAPPENED SO ill give him a good review.
Communication was good

Shipper did not see that my bid was for a drive away and that I have drive away tags,he would have notice them if he was not in a rush to leave.shipper did no mentioned that I fix his truck on my way.uship can vouch for this being a drive away.

Great company to use , communicated effectively will use again and delivery was as promised.

Were 2.5 hours late to pick up the load they are a broker the driver did not speak English hard to communicate with- the load did get delivered as promised the broker was in contact and was a nice guy. I would use them again with some guarantees.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Gave all the parameters dimensions and still does not understand what the transaction is . there were 2-3 different guys I was speaking with and after 3 emails in the past 2 days with no reply I have decided they are not capable of handling this shipment. I gave the equipment list and they still keep asking if I have a loading dock , I do not have a loading dock for the 5th time I do not have a forklift large enough to load anything. Were both new to this it was a little slow off the start but they got it here on time and will use them again.
