There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I understand that the customer wants to cancel because the seller sold the equipment to someone else without telling the customer. I give permission to Uship to approve cancelation, but since I always seem to get penalized by Uship for cancelations that customers make, I want Uship to actually review what the customer stated, and not hold me at fault for this cancelation.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The party I arranged to purchase the excavator from called to ask if they should mail my check back or tear it up. They had sold the equipment to someone else after we reached an agreement.
I am very upset with the seller. I apologize for any inconvenience this has cause the service (transport) provider.

I live in a very rural area of West Virginia and these guys didn't even need directions. They were able to negotiate the small winding hilly road I live on and the load was secure. I would use them again. They were very polite and kept me posted on their progress. They didn't leave me wondering when they would arrive with the load.
