Customer was very difficult to deal with from everything to confirming information to getting the payment code. The order was picked up with 2 days or booking and delivered with 5. Would we work with this company again.. No!

This is funny because I emailed Numerous times and called the number supplied.. If you want to see how good there service just give their number a call. Pickup was not for 5 days after booking, When i booked it I needed it picked up within a certain time which they didnt come close too. They tried to get the code from me before they delivered the car. If you want to support a overseas company and get etremely poor communication... then go right ahead try your luck with Franks

The Shipping company is a overseas company that subcontracts the shipping and be aware that Franks if almost impossible to get ahold of by phone and email. But the Shipping company they subcontracted it with were good. Would i use Franks again?.....No
