I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Last night a driver for the company was involved in a accident involving black ice. The trailer is ruined and it was the only one that we had for large vehicles. We do not own another and cannot complete the shipment. My apologies

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment needed Saturday in drop off location Am 2 hours from the pickup address as the time of that email Time table was discussed with shipper and I confirm Saturday as the day of the drop off Shipper asking questions out side u ship page Am not required to answer Last text message he sent was Don’t worry about we will cancel you Am totally fine as long as he’s happy as long as cancellations not been taken against my company, otherwise I will have to dispute

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The current shipment we are transporting had an axle failure which left us strangled on the side of the road right now. The customer is ordering new axles which have an estimate of a week to arrive.

Rico took great care of our boat and trailer. He made sure things were secured so that we didnt lose anything during the long journey down. When you called for a status, he would always pick up. We were happy to support our veterans too.

Then tried to push back pickup to Friday night. Shipper provided no explanation; he just didn't fulfill his commitment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They are a nightmare to work with. I basically sat at home for 2 days waiting for them to show up. They didn't pickup their phones, and wouldn't show up when they said they would. I have no faith in these carriers at all.
