There was some delay (but as with all transporters, the shipping dates are estimates and things do happen) but Brandon was polite and understanding once I explained that to him. He didn't bug me at all throughout the process although he felt he did. I only had one issue with him, but thats not of concern as we rsolved the issue and I'm confident he is happy as am I. The job is done and I WILL help Brandon with anything he needs in the future.Brandon,please give consideration to me for future job

We got off to a rough start, however, Chad is a good guy and was able to pull through. Bike arrived in perfect condition and was well secured. The GPS tracking feature is great!! I would repeat as a customer.
