I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider lied to me about collecting the item, they said it would be collected 15 days ago when it never got collected. I have made several phone called as it has been 25 days since i have booked. They just rung me saying they have tried to collect the package twice which is untrue as my client has not has a single call about collection times WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO BEFORE IT GETS COLLECTED.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My item was meant to be collected last Wednesday as the delivery driver said. My sender waited at home all day and said no one come to collect it. I have messaged the delivery man and I get no response I have also tried to call him but no answer. I would like my money back and need to put an add in so I can get it collected asap. thanks
