The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper had arrived to pick up forklift and he didnt have enough room on the trailer.we discussed he would pick up the next week. i made a call to him 5 days later and he and his son decided to not go back to pick up the forklift. i have accepted his cancellation

he had forklift listed 2 different weights. one was 4000 other was 5500. we arrived at pickup forklift was 6800. to heavy for load we had on trailer allready

COMPLETELY NO STRESS DEALING WITH PAULA AND JAY.WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME AT A SPECIFIC TIME THEY DID.THEY DELIVERED MY SLED ON TIME AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE PAULA AND JAY AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE AND WISH THEM ALL THE BEST.
