Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Client was presented with the shipper agreement with all terms and conditions of our service accordingly to her payment method and the client was notified that payment is required in order to complete the shipment after her load is picked up, she was informed on the transparency and method we as a broker work, I already have a driver to pick up the load tomorrow morning and she had sent all the information from pick up to delivery and details she just didn’t want to pay.
