A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved we were unable to arrange the timing for the pickup but are very pleased with the agent and her services and would recommend her to everyone.

They were spectacular in every way. Stayed in contact all of the day, allowed for our changes for the time of delivery and took excellent care of our puppy. One of the greatest experiences we have had with this type of transfer! You can trust them all of the way!
