The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider showed up without the proper equipment to load my machine. I had previously uploaded a photograph of the item and gave dimensions and weight prior to them accepting my offer. I also told them twice (on Uship and via text msg) that I have no ability or equipment (other than the manpower of my husband who was willing to lend a hand) to move the machine from our house onto their truck. They assured me they were professionals and would take care of it, however the kid showed up without
