The shipment was picked up very late. The first truck that was sent to pick up the palette was old with a defective liftgate. Although the driver was a very nice guy who kept apologizing because he did not receive the heads up on the weight of the palette (So, he said). Anyways, he called another drive/truck with a newer liftgate to pick up the palette. By this time, it was already approaching 8pm and I was waiting for the pick up since 3pm (5 hours), and the company wants to charge me extra??
