Richard was simply great to work with! He prepaid ahead of schedule, was flexible to receive as I combined his kayak with another shipement a few weeks later after the original booking. His stepmother was equally a very nice lady and helped me load up at the pichup point in Massachusetts! She had only positive support for Richard in his new endeavers in Arizona and so will I! Bluecast was GREAT to work with. I really appreciate receiving my kayak so quickly. In the near future I will be using his services again to get a utility trailer from New England to Arizona.
If you need someone to transport a kayak or a boat (he was also delivering a large boat at the time of my delivery), I don't think you could do any better!
