I did not show up at agreed upon date and time That's false my driver and I called this guy. I left voicemail and email plus text message. This guy never returned our calls. Now he wants to lie you guys should not let him be allowed to do that then just straight up lie. I was in Phoenix and called him twice.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper has a phone number, but does not have a voicemail set up. I have called him five days straight, I have also left them four emails to please contact me as to why the shipment is not been picked up and when it will be picked up with zero response. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I would never use a shipper again.

Eric Farmer went above and beyond my expectations, he was professional, curtious, and most of all delivered my custom bikes without so much as a scratch. He called me every step of the way, and backed up his word thru his actions. Not only would I recommend him and his company, after using his service, I could not use anyone else to transport my most prized possessions.
