Great service. I had to ship out within couple of days and smartest shipping helped with that. Phone support was good. Due to short time available I had to drop off at nearest fedex location, but the transaction went smooth. Will use their service again.

Really went well. Scheduled shipment to pickup the very
next day. Assured 2-day delivery but I was surprised
that it was delivered the very next day. Shipment went
through well at a reasonable cost. Thanks so much!

Carl and Steve were awesome. Everything happened at electric pace, they picked up within hours of accepting the bid, and delivered in 2 days time! It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. I hope to use them more in the future. Thank you for your help!

The whole experience was such a pleasant one with Skip. He was very professional and courteous. He called soon after the bid acceptance to setup a pickup time. He arranged for insurance and even got a lower price than initially quoted. Showed up on time for pickup, and helped with loading. Delivery coordination was good - accommodated to my client's request for delivery late in evening and called me after delivery to confirm. Skip is a genuine person, completed my shipment very professionally.
