We were in contact with you 24/7 along with the customer. After we picked up from your location, we contacted the customer to let them know we were on the way. They then decided on another day to deliver. We apologize for not communicating more with you on the deliver date and what the drop off customer wanted. He did not contact me after booking, and had wrong telephone number listed on Uship. After about two days I finally contacted him thru email and he responded. After this I had to call him several times since he did not communicate about being delayed a few days. Again he was delayed delivering it and did not contact the receiving party until the last minute. It was pretty bad.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I left two voicemails and an email in the span of one day. She finally got back to me very late the second day.
