I was very happy with the service; my furniture was well protected and delivered in great condition. Any time I sent an e-mail or called, someone promptly got back to me. It took a while to get delivery but given the distance, that was to be expected. I would highly recommend this shipper to anyone based on my experience. The shipper's first language isn't English so they can be a little difficult to understand over the phone. However, written communication is very clear.
