The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider called me back right away after booking. They were very responsive. After the initial contact communication was poor. I was clear about what I needed 3 weeks before pick up and they were unable to meet my hard line date and they didn't tell me that they anticipated their inability to meet my request. A week after the original date, they indicated that they could find someone to do it for an additional hundred dollars and I declined.

Thought it was a little expensive but after seeing size of item and having to deliver it place with difficult streets thought "not at all!" Did a great job and SO QUICK. Really protected my item well.
