After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The original dimensions were given, the pick-up location put the wheeled item on a pallet an changed the dimensions, The driver and the loading facility couldn't resolve the issue so the driver left. What I think should have happened was# 1 call the person who is paying and ask for an immediate resolution. #2 Don't leave until the issue had been resolved. #3 don't call the customer and request more money for a larger truck because you brought the bare minimum! Bad Customer service!
