I did not show up at agreed upon date and time There was miscommunication in terms of the dates when the bike was going to be picked up. Because I was not made aware of the window had to cancel. I believe the provider had good intentions, regrettably my timing was fix.
Response from Mac01Tansport:
After speaking to the customer he was unable for the pick up and had made no alternative arrangements for allowing access to the bike.
