this customer was great he went on line here @ uship new what he was looking for i put a bid in and moved with in a day. I called the customer he filled out the app and the truck loaded the next day. I do hope that i get the chance to work with this customer again. AL

Carrier was delivering our Ford E350 Box Van and showed up before he called the buyer. Hit power lines, and tore a hole in the truck. Police and Fire department were called. Driver left the scene before Police and Fire arrived, and never gave his insurance info to anyone. The contact, Elizabeth Osegueda hung up on us and won't return calls or emails. This issue will have to be handed over to our legal team since we can't contact anyone to settle this professionally.

We need proof of that! I only receive an invoice, not photos or any legal document, they call to report the Van was damage 2 weeks after we deliver the unit, our driver have photos of the van when he picked up and when the unit was unload, we have an insurance for 250k that will not cover something on what I do not have proof, We never got de buyer's phone number. That gave us the impresion that at the destination they damage the van, not us we have photos and also everything under control!
