$3100 was paid prior delivery. Driver was aware that that reefer was going to the port. He did not deliver during port receiving hours, he was aware of it. He failed to make in by 5p.m Friday. You are trying to charge me extra $1250 for him not being able to make it on time? Response from movesnj: The delivery was moved 118 miles and customer stated that the delivery point was open 24/7. No ports where ever discussed. Driver lost 2 days and 120 miles for this. When destinations change additonal charges do apply. It is clearly stated in our paperwork. Commication with this company is very hard and was probably the worse part. We make every effort to get destination info correct and rates are based on info provided on the uship listing.
