The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A PICKUP ON 11/3... TODAY IS 11/17 AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD TWO TIMES THAT IT WAS RESCHEDULED AND THEY STILL WILL NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A DATE OF PICK UP. IT IS TWO WEEKS PAST DUE AT THIS POINT AND ITS BEEN TWO DAYS SINCE I HEARD BACK AS THEY WONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS NOW.
