The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The item was to be picked up on a Tuesday, but was not. I contacted Central Transport and was told they were behind on pickups and would arrive Thursday. When they didn't arrive to pick up Thursday, I called Friday and was told they couldn't pick up until Monday. I have never had this happen with any other carrier.
