I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have called and e mailed on numerous occasions and so has the shipper.
The service provider was meant to pick up my items over a week ago and has not.
Now I see that he has been delivering other items during this period of time.
My shipper in Ohio is very upset and has also tried contacting the service provider at least two or 3 times a day. daily.
No response.
