Completely satisfactory in every way. Prompt communication throughout process, both e-mail and phone. Tracey (dispatcher) responded quickly to all questions and provided all necessary info.
Pickup promptly at scheduled time. Derrick was a very conscientious packer - everything secured & padded (furniture/household goods - items of odd sizes & shapes). Delivery as scheduled and w/o damage.
Very nice people and very concerned with delivering good service. Will use again when need arises.
