The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was told they canceled this we did not no one ever came to pick up

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved customer canceled this has taken to long

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time its been to long and they still have not picked up - called me ten times - last time telling me they want $150.00 more to deliver it. Pick up was told within 5 days tomorrow will be a week with nothing scheduled.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Broker hasn’t picked up , calling me , texting me and calling me wanting me to set up account - telling me they do not know where to pick up- do not know where to deliver. Emailed me says not a gov location

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time just cancel it - it was to be picked up on Monday we have received zero communication from central and we have called them everyday many times since Monday

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved they sent me a bunch of forms to fill out with 100 disclaimers allowing them to charge what ever for whatever - not interested Ill use light co - I have left office cannot fill out all this junk - I use Uship for simplicity not complicity
