I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We scheduled pick up for Thurs. On Weds after hours we received a call for information. We asked if we could please call them right back since it was pouring down rain. The customer started yelling at our dispatcher. The dispatcher was trying to do the right thing by answering the phone but advising that due to weather they would get a call back. Once the dispatcher hung up with the customer they called over and over distracting the dispatcher from trying to drive. This was uncalled for on

Scheduled PREVIOUS THURS OCT 18th! Knowing this was TIME SENSITIVE, their actions were of indifferece! Left mes's/rec’d email SUN 21st, that they were out of town and RESCHEDULED, TUES 23rd. Again left mess's, until WED 24th. I was upset at this point, more so when told to leave ANOTHER MESSAGE because of RAIN! I raised my voice saying, I didn’t WANT TO LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE and they hung up me! Called back on alt#, didn‘t know ALL #‘s reached same person! "Uncalled for"is what THEY did!

Shipper notified me of delayed pick up due to unforeseen circumstances, instead of Picking up on Thursday was able to pick it up on Saturday but got here on Sunday as scheduled. He continued to be professional and communicate adequately. Would do business with him again. Thanks Ronald!

We were not comfortable with moving forward on this shipment. Shipper called after hours and was asked for number to get a call back. Shipper got irate and started screaming at the Dispatchers. We can not work with hostile customers.

This shipper carefully blanketed a 5 head soda dispenser and tarpeted it! It arrived safe and sound from Alabama to Orlando FL! The communication was VERY adequate, there was a minor delay due to unforeseen circumstances but they did their BEST, to get here as scheduled for Friday PM, instead arrived Sat EARLY AM but I was in no hurry of receiving it, on a precise timely manner. Other than that, NO PROBLEMS, would highly recommend!! THANK YOU!!
