A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I emailed and spoke with the customer on the phone. I told her I was flexible and could deliver this bed frame whenever she wanted. She said she didn't know when it would be best for her. I told her to just let me know and I will accommodate her needs. I never heard from her again. I assume she changed her mind.
