The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 3 times lingered saying to the shipper that he got the pickup driver coming and nothing happened, also there is no way to get in contact with him because he doesn't answer the phone and his voice mail has not been setup as well ,so I'm cancelling the order for these reasons
