Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time We were waiting for pick up date and time and we actually reject other shipments to save spot for this job ,customer contacted me by email saying that when i will pick up the items? Then another message saying she cant reach me but it is a lie she never did that and a minute later again sent another message saying will cancel because found someone else and today i told her im waiting for date and time and she sent cancellation right away so im asking for some compensation $200 for lost of time

Unable to get in contact with them through the numbers provided. Felt very uncomfortable not being able to talk to somebody.
Response from initiallogistics:
Incorrect- we provided several numbers. We sent an email ten minutes after the shipment booked. The customer called one time, on day four, prior to our having opened for the day. Three tries to return the call were followed by a cancellation. uShip could not reach the customer either.
